I've never done it before and there was no instructions on how to control your direction. I went on the first track and turned backwards and nobody stopped me. I slammed my back/buttocks directly into the tree. No sympathy, no ice offered, completely ignored the fact that they messed up.…”

What’s worse is that it took 30 min to wait for previous groups to finish which then cut into the cenote time so we ended up with 15 or 20 minutes while others that did not book horseback riding had almost a hour. So in effect we got punished for buying more activities.”
