“Pros: the ziplining experience itself was fun and safe, through a beautiful canopy led by knowledgeable and skilled guides. We saw a toucan! Cons: A whole host of things went wrong that could've been easily avoided with a little more organization. For starters, the start of the day was supposed to be at 8am, but we weren't picked up until 8:30am. It was a one-hour drive from our pickup spot in downtown La Fortuna to the main meetup point. Our driver was noticeably sick (coughing up phlegm and sneezing constantly), yet didn't bother to put a mask on or roll down the van windows. Secondly, we arrived at the meetup…”

“Came to celebrate both me and my dad's birthday and I've never zip lined before but wanted to do something unique and adventurous! Even though I was very nervous, the guides Giovanni and Stuart were amazing, making sure to carefully explain how to zipline, safety features and thorough with the instructions! They helped put me at ease and although the first cable was a little frightening at first, by the third one, I felt like I could've done it all day! We had another group join and everyone was so friendly and fun that it made the experience even more memorable! It was relaxing, exhilarating and beautiful all at the…”

“I would definitely recommend this tour for folks arriving on cruises. It was a much smaller group (10 people). At the first stop, my wife & I were the only 2 in our group that were doing the Zipline Canopy Tour. Our small group arrived at the same time as a large bus load of zipliners from the cruise ship. We went to the front of the line and had transportation back to the top were the rest of our group was taking a nature tour. We didn't have to wait for all the cruise tour busload to finish. From there we went to the Tortuguero Canal Boat tour. This…”

“Paid for an atv zipline experience only to find out the company was overcharging atv experience for another company and taking a cut. Then expecting me to pay an additional 70$ per person to zipline when I expected the price to include the cost. If I actually drove or got a taxi to the locations it would have saved 50$ per person. Ended up putting the fees towards the zipline only and taking a massive lost. Will never use again. Ps no fault for the actually fualt for ridersrc and canopy ziplines, they are amazing people and experiences for the price.”
