“We loved the activity itself. However be mindful, in the dark cave my partner got rash all over his body and face all swollen hours after. We contacted the company and they didn’t want to know anything and blamed it on us. Said we were u happy the whole time which wasn’t true we loved it! I spoke with our hotel and apparently heaps of people get this reaction from the dark cave, it’s not very nice lasts for 3-4 days. Just a shame the service from the company didn’t want anything to do with it afterwards as we were initially unsure what was going on.”
