There concern for safety was paramount and they gave detailed instructions prior to and during the experience. They checked and re-checked the harness each person wore. The crew had a great sense of humor, and it was apparent they were all good friends. They worked very well as a team. My only somewhat negative comment regarded an olive oil tasting that was included in the package. The tasting should not have been included in this package and I feel it was wasted time.
