“3 stars mostly because of this: 1) they won’t pick you up at your hotel. They will only pick you up at the super market for ease of pick up. 20 mins from the strip, around 600 pesos/30 dollars. Pick up was at 8:50 am but we left at 9:45 am 2) they try to sell water shoes for the cenote part. And you don’t need it. The people who sell in the travel bus versus the jungle are different. Buy in the jungle in case anything breaks 3) food was good but not vegetarian friendly 4) tour guide was great, all other staff are pretty robotic with the guests.…”
